How We Work With Your Team

1. Prompt confirmation: we confirm the appointment with borrowers and tell them what ID to bring and who needs to be present.
2. Pre-signing review: when documents arrive in advance, we review the package and raise anything that looks missing before the appointment.
3. Professional, neutral presentation: we explain what each document is, never give legal or financial advice, and send loan questions back to the lender.
4. Page-by-page quality check: signatures, initials, dates and notarial certificates, checked before we leave the table.
5. Return as instructed: we tell you when the signing is complete and return documents exactly as your instructions require.

Our signing service covers every state. We coordinate signings through our network of vetted notary signing agents, managed to the same standard as our own, and offer remote online notarization where your underwriting and the recording county allow it.
