For many documents, the fastest route is remote online notarization. The signer verifies their identity, meets the notary over secure video and signs electronically from anywhere in the U.S. or overseas. It’s ideal for affidavits, powers of attorney, business agreements and other documents the receiving party accepts electronically.
When a document needs wet ink, we arrange an in-person signing with a vetted notary from our network at the signer’s location, in any state. You deal with one point of contact, and we manage scheduling, instructions and follow-up so the signing is handled with the same care as one of our own.
For signers outside the U.S., we help work out the best route, whether that’s remote online notarization, a signing coordinated abroad, or another option. For U.S. documents going overseas, we manage the apostille or embassy legalization.
Multi-location signings go wrong in the gaps: one signer gets old instructions, a notary uses the wrong certificate, or a package comes back incomplete. We keep it in one place.
