For property documents, remember that deeds and similar documents for Oakland County properties are recorded with the county’s Register of Deeds, and recording requirements are set there. We make sure the notarial part is complete and correct before recording.
Yes. Our in-person service covers the whole county, and evening and weekend appointments are available.
Yes. We notarize deeds and title transfer documents. Recording is done separately with the county, and your title company or attorney can advise on recording requirements.
